THE CANDY CANE CLASSIC

The Candy Cane Classic is a festive, wintertime 5k road race the first Saturday in January. The start and finish are on the track at Walnut Hills High School and the course travels through the adjacent neighborhood. It is hosted by The Walnut Hills Distance Project.

It is $25 to register for the race, which includes your Candy Cane Classic t-shirt. Register by 12/18 to guarantee your shirt. Prizes for top finishers and age group winners, and everyone will receive a candy cane Christmas present at the finish line!

The temperatures may be cold, but the competition will be hot. Break out your new running gear that you got for Christmas, or dress up in your most festive outfit and come enjoy this blast of a race!
